Hi! My name is Jocelyn and I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for the upcoming academic year (August 2026-July 2027) at Alight Blacksburg West complex! Rent will be $760, which is a great discounted rate since they just went up to about $860/mo

Preferably girls, as you’ll be sharing a bathroom with a current girl roommate and rooming with two men on the other side of the unit.

The apartment rent includes water, trash, and wifi. Electricity and gas not included and will be additional cost!!

Apartment has a gym, pool, mailroom, parking, back deck with additional storage, its own washer/dryer, and comes furnished. The bedroom includes the bedframe, mattress, desk, and a dresser, any additional items seen in the picture will not be provided. Please be aware one roommate has two cats- they’re very sweet ❤️

The complex has its own bus stop and walkable to other stops!
