Private Guest Room in Creative Eagle Rock Home; private outdoor garden retreat included — a dedicated front garden seating area with table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee, reading, writing, Zoom calls, or unwinding after work. We offer a cozy, sunny private room in our vibey Eagle Rock home — just 3 miles from the Rose Bowl, Old Town Pasadena, Metro, and DTLA. Perfect for professionals, as we (creatives) work from home during weekdays and value a spacious environment. Note: security deposit, 1/3 contribution to monthly Utilities (Fiber, WiFi, Gas Co, DWP; approx $110).
One thing to note: this room has been listed on Airbnb and has received hundreds of 5-star reviews. Your hosts are “SUPERHOSTS” on that platform. :)

- We have two amazing pups (they’ll bark at first, but warm up quickly)
