The room is $950/month utilities not included. The apartment offers amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse, study rooms and fire pits. We have a movie theatre and bowling alley for residents and their guests. We have a restaurant/brewery, liquor store, nail salon and coffee shop downstairs.

I am currently living in the medium sized room with the shared bathroom for $1250/month. The master bedroom with its own private bathroom will also be listed as available for $1400/month. However, I am flexible and would be willing to trade rooms if necessary.
