The room is admittedly quite small but it worked well enough for me. The apartment itself has a dishwasher but no garbage disposal. There’s a laundry room on each floor so you don’t have to worry about sharing with the whole building. The property is actually pretty nice and there’s even a pool and playground as well as some trails back near the woods to walk through.
I’m currently working short hours in evenings and nights but will eventually be full time so I wouldn’t be around much at those times. I’m a pretty quiet person so you wouldn’t have to worry about me making much noise nor do I have people over all the time. I’m really just looking for someone similar.
