About the room
So it is a one room with 2 other roommates on the same floor. There would be 4 cats (all super friendly, 2 are pretty shy). If you don’t want them in your room you can keep your door closed. We would all split cleaning duties. There is an in unit washer dryer. 1 full bath. You are welcome to use the fridge, and there is a pantry in the kitchen with 4 shelves and we would all claim one shelf each and bottom shelf we put things that we are willing to share. We could take turns on buying things we’d all use (ie. soap, detergent, paper plates etc). Trash bins get taken to the curb every Tuesday night. Utilities (electric and wifi) are extra.. House runs on oil, we would split utilities and oil cost among the 3 of us. Off street parking available for tenants.
About the roomies
I’ll be 33 in june i identify as female. LGBTQ friendly is a necessity. I have 3 cats. I work from home doing calls. I keep to myself and my own room a lot. I like to do crafts. The other roommate is 30 and has 1 cat. We both love Disney. You are welcome to have guests over whenever, we just ask you to let us know ahead of time and we would do the same.
