Free street parking available and utilities are included in the monthly rent. Looking for a respectful, clean, and communicative roommate who generally keeps to themselves and values a calm living environment. Cleanliness, mutual respect, and good communication are very important. Building quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The main hallway closet which is the largest one in the apartment would be entirely yours.

The room fits a twin bed, as shown in the pictures. Decorations are just for photos purposes, you can choose to keep the rug or not.

A little about me — I work from home, cook regularly, enjoy working out, reading, watching documentaries, and keeping a relaxed, peaceful vibe at home. This is not a party apartment, and I’m not looking for someone who frequently hosts large gatherings.
