Extra garage available for stuff storage. Garden space available. WiFi, laundry. Fairly quiet area with a few neighboring homes and cows.

Employed 34F with two cats. I’m pretty laid back but maintain strict boundaries. Vegetarian/pescetarian - no meat in my fridge or cooked in my kitchen (don’t care if you get a mini-fridge and grill outside). I’m happy to share meals when possible. No addicts of any kind. No tinder dates or any guests without me meeting them first and giving approval for them to be there when I am not. I’m not perfectly clean but don’t leave messes for more than a few days. I like quiet after 9pm and I make espresso at 7am. My current tenant is 23M, gay, works nights, has been here since October - has been great, sorry to see him go but happy to see him move forward. I’ll let you talk to him about what kind of experience he has had here with me. Room will be available July or August.
