The house was built in 2022 so a fairly new house and furnishings. There is w/d in the unit, parking in the back, space in the yard for gardening and space in the basement for movement and storage. Bed and dresser available for rent as needed.

It will be just me living there besides my future roomate. I’m a 41 y/o Black genderfluid/nonbinary person (they/she). I’m a social worker so need to live with a politically and socially conscientious person who is on the clean/neat side. I keep the common spaces clean but ask for a little grace after I host large groups of friends. I only do that about once a season at best. You are welcome to host friends/family for a reasonable amount of time… as long as they are not there more than I am. I’m only looking for ONE roommate. I do occasionally dog-sit for my friends although I do not have any pets of my own at the moment.
