It’s a large apartment with 3 bedrooms and one and a half bath. We each have our own bathroom but have to share shower. The 3rd bedroom is basically storage. First floor, assigned parking. Patio. It is a complex but owned by individual landlords. Quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves.

I currently live here with my daughter. I am 62 and work nights. My daughter is moving out of state in July. I love my apartment but it is filled with my stuff. Your bedroom would be yours to furnish and decorate. I am super clean but I really don’t care if it’s messy. I do smoke but only outside on patio. My landlord would want you to pass credit check. Year lease. No deposit required. I get along with most everyone so age isn’t an issue.
