About the roomies
Active 76yr old senior I have a condition affecting my balance and muscles. He is cognizant and still runs a business. If the tenant wishes he could use help/assist with making some calls, printing copies, computer and possibly out side in the yard. He is a night owl, prefers sleeping in until 10:30am , but loves drinking coffee all day.
