It is next to Tampa Outlet mall; 5 mins away from Costco; 10 away from Target & Publix. The community has great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for someone looking got a comfortable and respectful living environment. It is a 2B2B townhouse style, I am renting one of them out and it has its own bathroom and closet. I do have an extra bed in there so it is very move-in friendly.
