About the room

We’re a professional couple looking for an exclusive roommate who are clean and respectful in our newly moved in, new construction home. We have a room with its own and attached private bathroom including shower and 2 full size closets.

No alcoholic drinks, drugs, and smoking inside/outside or vicinity of the house property. No cooking or reheating of pork. No Pets (Certain small animals may be negotiable).

Neighborhood is quiet, kid friendly, and open nature. Every home is an acreage lot.

All utilities including, but not limited to water, electricity, as well as high speed WiFi are included in the $1200.00.

Feel free to use the dedicated laundry room as it’s available, or enjoy the covered large patio deck overlooking our private tree line. There will be dedicated parking on property as well as assigned cabinet in the Kitchen. We also have AC to cool down the hot summer months!

Interested Roommate MUST pass a background check (renter is responsible for any fees/cost). $1200 rent is with an agreement of a 12 month lease (negotiable).

About the roomies

Currently in the home is myself, my husband and 2 kids. We are not new to renting a room and having roommate(s), so we also understand the need for respect, privacy, and peace of mind for not just ourselves, but for whoever is staying with us. Contact me for a tour or any inquiry.
