About the room
We are seeking a renter to rent out 1 or 2 rooms on the lower level at our one of a kind home. Price listed is for 1 room. We have a lot of amenities! Enjoy the pool, sauna, game room with darts and pool table, 3 indoor fire places, a loft with a patio, solarium, gazebo, commerical grade kitchen and office area for working.
You’ll basically have the lower level to yourself. Ideally we’d like both rooms rented out. Contact us for pricing if your interested in both rooms or just 1.
Depending on the dog and temperament we may be open to dogs.
About the roomies
My fiance and I are very friendly people. I am a great cook, it wont be uncommon for me to offer to make something, especially Sunday brunches. Evan loves working on the property.
We have the most friendly cats, Cain and Abel. They are very harmless. They love dogs, and other cats. They have never attacked anyone, even when I give them baths. Truly the nicest cats ever.
