Hi! I am looking to relet my room at University Edge for the upcoming school year (August 1st 2026-July 31st, 2027). Move-in could potentially be available as early as the end of June/early July if needed! It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment (private attached bathrooms), and a 6-minute walk from Baylor. You would be sharing an apartment with my friend, Angie who is a Baylor grad student. Females only please :)

Apartment Details: • Rent: $740/month • Utilities: ~$75/month • Furniture fee: $25/month • Community fee: $10/month • Renter’s insurance required (~$10/month) • Total monthly cost: ~ $860 No security deposit required
