This is a upstairs bedroom with plenty of storage, totally secluded air conditioner that you could put in the window sharred downstairs on main floor ,, large kitchen always clean house ,, big yard with front porch covered ,, parking in front or driveway , big basement to store what you need , great quiet neighborhood with easy access to I 84 and 205. I’ve been living here for a year and a half. There’s a Christian school right up the street. That’s always pretty quiet. Neighbors are very, very friendly.
About the roomies
I’m a mid 50s gay man I work from home hairstylist doing hair part time in home .. I have no pets, but I definitely would love somebody to come with a dog, it’s a large yard, but no fence but the front porch could have a gate in the front on it if that works for you I’m pretty chill easy to get along with,, would prefer a male but not opposed to a woman
