The apartment is in a great central location, close to Sac State, the Arcade shopping area, movie theater, grocery stores, great restaurants, and pretty much everything you’d need day to day.

The complex itself has some really nice amenities including multiple on site laundry rooms, a large pool, updated gym, and an assigned parking spot. The unit also has a private balcony along with updated white appliances in both the kitchen and bathroom.

A little about me, I’m a single guy living with my two kitties (they mostly keep to themselves and sleep in my room). I work full time and have lived with roommates for years, so I’m very respectful about keeping shared spaces clean. I’m pretty low key, no parties or late night noise, and I’m very easygoing when it comes to sharing the space.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active, going on runs, live music/concerts, dancing, and relaxing with fantasy or anime shows/movies.

The available room is the unfurnished master bedroom, which includes a walk in closet, private shower/sink area, and great natural light throughout the day. The shared living spaces are currently furnished with a couch, TV, and dining table, but I’d absolutely be open to making updates or adjustments to match your style and make the apartment feel like home for both of us.
