All right! So I will be the only roommate and essentially I’m renting out what is considered the office room. Which is a smaller room but fits a queen size bed. I’ve got about six months left in the lease and I’m looking to share it in order to save money for really specific reasons! I’ve got references from my last roommate. I’d love to talk to you more about the possible space for you to rent. To be later, I uploaded for photos. The room definitely already has stuff in it because I was trying to use it to film YouTube, but I think I can definitely just do that in my bedroom. So there could be drill holes in the walls since it was a space I was using. I’ve also got a reference from my last roommate!
