About the room
I’m a single mom to 2 and because I have one who is young I am super picky about who I rent to. The room has a bathroom right beside it. It has a closet and I can furnish it or you can. I have cats and dogs. My dogs are mostly outside. We are private people and very quiet people. I have one with asthma so no smoking at all. I’m not 4/20 friendly.
About the roomies
I have a 19 year old son and a 9 year old son. I am 37 and female. Rent is negotiable because I need help around the house. I am divorced and we have in our custody agreement no overnight guests so you would not be allowed to have them.
