About the room

The apartment is in the M appartment building. It is fully furnished, and you will have 3 other roommates. Your room is the second-largest room in the 4-bedroom arrangement. There is a full kitchen with a gas stove. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. Your room door locks from the inside, which allows you to have your own private space. You share a full bathroom with one other person, and your room is right next to one of the bathrooms, providing easy access to usage. Your room window faces the University District; however, you can roll down the blinds to completely remove all lighting. Your room also has a fan that was recently upgraded and works very well, with adjustable airflow settings. Your room has a large closet with 2 shelves below, allowing for a lot of storage space in the closet. Your bed is elevated, allowing for plenty of storage space below for better room space management. Other than the bed and closet, you have a desk & chair as well as another 3-layered shelf that provides a lot of storage space as well. The large room size allows you to arrange your room however you would like! The living room has a TV as well as many ports and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also an Ethernet port as well if you want to utilize it. Just like the room is furnished, so is the living room, providing you with everything you would need: couches, chairs, an island to eat on, and a place to host people over!
