About the room
We have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town house apartment. We are located at the San Paulo Apartments in Irvine if you would like to look them up and see all the amenities it comes with. We have one room for rent with a shared bathroom with just one other person. You have kitchen access and we have washer and dryer in our unit. We are asking for $1200 for rent including all utilities, and we do ask for a $500 holding deposit, but it would go towards your first or second month’s rent which ever you decide. We just ask for that to ensure the move in. We will have to do a lease exchange since our other roommate is moving out. With that being said the application fee is $55. Everything is hardwood flooring. I have attached some pictures of the room and layout. Moving date is flexible from July 7 to July 22.
About the roomies
There are a total of four people living in the townhouse. It’s myself and my two girls. We reside in the masterbedroom. Our friend resides in the other room who will be sharing the bathroom. We do have one dog and two rabbits. All my pets are considered senior fellows. So, they don’t do much. We are pretty relaxed, we are clean, but I will admit we aren’t tidy clean. We do have a house cleaner come by. We are looking for someone to stay with us for 6 - 12 months. We won’t mind roomming with a single mom of one. Feel free to message me for more information 🙂
