I have 2 rooms availablein my brand new mobile home, you can have one for 650 or both for 800, obviously the living room is shared, kitchen as well, you get a private bathroom that I will not use whatsoever, has in house washer and dryer, house does not have AC but you are more than welcome to install a floor to window unit, if chosen to do so electric bill will be split. Internet included. I HAVE A DOG, HE IS FRIENDLY! He goes to doggy daycare when I am not home or is put in a cage.

I am a 25 year old 2nd shift welding supervisor, I bought this place with my fiance and she decided it was time to go, so I have been stuck with the mortgage, I have no problem paying it solo, I just have no use for 2 of the rooms.
