We are currently looking for a third roommate to take a single with its own bathroom in an adu downtown SB close to the Public Market, currently still being built, but will be ready by July 1st. All utilities are included except electricity and internet. Rent is $1500 a month, ~$1550 after utilities and is a year lease. The spot is going to be brand new unit behind a house dt, it’s 3 bed 2 bath the bedroom off of the kitchen has its own bathroom which would be your room. The unit will have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, heating and ac. There is a front and back porch, and includes one parking spot off of the house and three reserved spots on the street that we have to buy through the city for I believe $30 for the year. About the roomies

We are both very laid back people who love going out to different music festivals and sets, but also love a chill night. Some of our favorite things to do are going to the beach or yoga and would love someone who enjoys similar things, as we want someone who we could be friends with! We are both full time students at UCSB, who are looking for 21+ male or female.
