Hi everyone, we’re looking for someone to fill a room in our fully furnished 3bedroom home located in the quiet Fox Canyon neighborhood of City Heights. Very central location close to the 94/805/8 freeways. Get anywhere in San Diego in 15 minutes.
• $1,500/mo + $1,500 deposit, all utilities included.
• Room is 9’ x 11’, can be fully furnished or unfurnished with great natural light (plant friendly!)
• The house has all the amenities you need: W/D, newly-renovated full kitchen with an airfryer, microwave, gas range, cookware and dishes provided. 1 shared parking space with on street parking.
• Large private backyard with cute patio set, outdoor dining table and firepit.
• We have one dog so we prefer someone with no pets/ consider one dog on case by case basis (sorry no cats)
About us: Two mid-30s (M/F) working professionals in the hospitality/ service industry. We value a laid back, open home with individuality and mutual respect over shared spaces. This is an LGBTQ+ home. The house is compact and fully furnished from top to bottom, so we prefer someone with minimal belongings for common areas.
