This house is on a very nice street. The bedroom is at the front of the house right off the front door and provides for more privacy. The home has a swimming pool and spa. The bedroom has a TV, adjustable Tempurpedic mattress . The house and the room are very clean. The toilet is chair height with a bidet. The closet is a walk in . I will be posting newer photos since the ones posted are from a few years ago. The room is the same floor plan but there is a new, larger, smart TV. cords are hidden and a table is in place of the fireplace.

I am the property owner. My other roommate is a single woman who works full time. She is clean and quiet. I am looking for someone who is reliable with the rent, respectful of the property and others personal items. I do not allow overnight guests. I am open to cooking together. Things that are not ok: eating or drinking others food especially without asking. I will be providing a small fridge for the room. Items not included in the rent: alcohol, laundry detergent or other laundry items , sundries, also certain items that are used by you frequently, such as, foil, sandwich bags, etc… . Everyone cleans up after themselves. That includes appliances. Dishes go in the dishwasher with the exception of a few items. I am sure that it seems like a lot of information and restrictions , but I am looking for someone who will respect the home and those who reside in it.
