Andrew is originally from California and has Mexican roots. He is an extremely friendly, respectful, and easygoing person who creates a great atmosphere in the apartment. He enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and going out, but he is always considerate and never makes unnecessary noise or causes any issues. He is genuinely a great guy and an excellent roommate.

The apartment has four bedrooms in total. One of the other rooms has already been leased, and the final room is currently being filled.
