About the room
This rental is month-to-month. It includes 2 upstairs rooms w/private bath. The house is within walking distance of Mary Moore Seawright Park, and within easy driving distance to all shopping etc. Close also to both IHW 35 and Mopac; 20 mins to downtown. There is a shed in the back yard to hold some limited storage for a tenant. And you are welcome to to do gardening in the garden space in the front or back yard.
About the roomies
The only other resident is the owner who resides on the first floor. I am a retired renovation contractor and now lead 2 meditation groups in S. Austin. The House is very quiet.
