I ask for $1000 per month plus your help paying our water and power bills. Your rent covers WIFI and cable and a very fast Internet as well as my Garage for parking a small to medium sized car. I require first and last month’s rent to move in. Also you must be employed away from home. Available June 15th.

I’m easy to live with. I’ll do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. A former roommate stayed here for 3 years…
