A small private room available in a large home in Bucks County with all utilities included laundry facilities and all Street and private parking available. Laundry facilities are also available due to size of room it would be complicated to have any overnight company as there’s only a twin bed in the room. L smoking is prohibited outside as there’s an ashtray there for your convenience there is a patio to sit outdoors and a grill for outdoor cooking. Military members preferred close to military base close to transportation and all shopping within walking distance there are restaurants and there are shops to be able to spend the day in the area. The house has air conditioning and fans are provided in the summer and there is heating in the winter we use space heaters as well as have fireplaces.

I am a single female with a disabled son 14 years old he goes to school regularly on his home in the evenings and on the weekends the home is normally active and can be like any home noisy there is a declawed cat in the home as well. Respect is expected ..I am looking for someone who has no drinking or drug history smoking is fine it’s done outdoors there’s no smoking in the house my son has issues with a medical condition and therefore cannot be exposed to any smoke.
