🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️✊♾️ 1 open room in our 4bd 1ba apartment in Westside Asbury, a few blocks from the train station and about a mile from the beach. The common areas are on the 2nd floor, open bedroom is on the 3rd. The entire building needs maintenance, and the bedroom is under the eaves, but the low rent reflects this. It’s virtually impossible to find a room for this amount in town.

Apartment Denizens: Two girls, their pet trans twink, and his two cats (one is very friendly and outgoing, one is shy but sweet). We’re all in our late 20s to mid-30s, creative, queer, neurodivergent, and somewhere between alt and goth. Ideal would be someone similar.
