About the room
I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 1st in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at The Confluence in Norwalk. The current lease runs through September 29, 2026, with a great option to renew after that if you love the place!
The Room & Apartment: You will be renting a comfortable non-master bedroom for $1,280/month (which covers base rent, amenities, and valet trash). Utilities run about $100/month per person for electricity, gas, and internet. You will only share a full bathroom with one other roommate (the third roommate has their own private master bath). The apartment is modern, clean, and features an in-unit washer and dryer.
The Building (The Confluence): This is a premium, professionally managed building with fantastic perks. You’ll have full access to all the community amenities, including:
A resort-style swimming pool and outdoor lounge space
A fully equipped 24-hour fitness center
A business center and resident lounge
