The extra room isnt big. I’m not going to lie to you. It has a closet. I also have a large closet in the hallway that can be cleaned out for you. Or for a bit more money per month I would be willing to swap rooms and stay in the smaller room. The rest of the apartment is furnished.

Me and two cats and two gerbils and one mouse. We are all very quiet. I personally just listen to books on tape in the morning while cleaning and making coffee. Sometimes the living room is messy because I do crafts. I make sure my dishes are done and I clean up too. The cats are friendly but the little one takes time to allowed to be pet usually. The big one is very friendly and will love being pet. Gerbils love to chew on stuff. My mouse loves to run. All rodents stay in their homes.
