The apartment’s shared spaces is furnished and VERY CLEAN. We are looking for someone who is organized, protessional, and drama free. We have a in unit washer and dryer (2in1 washer in dryer) and the unit itself is pretty spacious. You are guaranteed parking and there’s guest parking as well.

ABOUT US: Valerie- I’m a pre-nursing student who works a part-time job as CNA/caregiver and personal assistant so i’m always on the go! I spend a lot of time outside of the apartment but when i’m there, im usually cooking, studying, or bugging Alexis and Abby. I love music, food, science, dancing, and socializing in general. Our living environment is very friendly and clean, so it would be nice to have a roommate who can match our energy

Alexis - hi i’m about to be a second year animation major at csuf! im an artist and i like to game so you will definitely find me at home pretty often, but i’m also active in clubs and ill be working next semester so you’ll have some time home alone for sure. i’ve got my pc set up in the living room, but i’m very mindful and im never loud late at night. i love gaming, arts, fashion, music, & going out

Abby - Hi I’m Abby! I’m an upcoming third year at CSUF. I like to draw a lot- I’m usually out and about cuz I like the outdoors and hanging out with friends. I’ll be on campus for the most part as well. When I’m at the apartment I lounge around in the living room with Alexis

• I watch movies and a lot of TV. I like dancing, exploring, and I really like eating sushi. Since you’d be rooming with me, l like a communicative roommate where we can accommodate each other’s needs. I like to have friends over and have sleepovers. I’m a night owl! So I’m usually up at night working on a project or gaming.
