About the room

The room is furnished but can be unfurnished upon request. The room has a TV (nice quality if gamer) and a bed. There is a personal fridge but it will be an additional $50.00 per month for the fridge. There is a closet and small storage drawers and hangers. The bed has four pull out drawers under the bed. There is an uncovered and covered back porch and backyard that is fenced in. There is a garage where you can store any outdoor toys that you have.

About the roomies

There is three dogs and one cat. My son occasionally visits. Must be animal and child friendly. The actual residents are my roommate who is a 30 year old gay man and myself who is a 30 year old transman. So, with this said must be LGBT friendly.
