•The area itself is extremely safe, surrounded by shopping plazas, restaurants, parks, 2 minute walk to the public library and swimming pool, ect ! • The house is expected to stay pretty clean •fully furnished dining room •fully furnished kitchen •fully furnished living room •will have shared fridge (tape split down the middle so no one gets their food mixed up ) •your own food cabinets (about 7) •2 flights of stairs to the apartment •such a good vibe! •1 bathroom

-there is one lower neighbor, she is older , pretty friendly, and very quiet. -there would just be one other roommate (me lol) and for the most part i’m very easy going and clean!
