About the room
My roommate Zoe and I are looking for someone to move into our third bedroom August first! Rent is $715 per month. No pets are allowed with our lease.
About the location: minutes walk from WWU and South Bay trail with access to Downtown Bellingham or Fairhaven near Forest and Cedar Park.
About the house: Charming old house with a private landlord who lives just down the road who is hands off and responsive to any issues. Our unit has three bedrooms, one bath, one kitchen, bike and dry good storage, wood floors throughout, and a spacious living room which includes a gas fireplace. We have coin operated laundry in the basement of our building.
About the roomies
About Quinn: 27M outside of work, I love to dance Lindy Hop, Bachata, play trombone, and have friends over for dinner and games. I value a roommate who keeps things tidy and is down to participate in house activities like pickle ball in the park or a dinner party.
About Zoe: 23F, full time bike commuter with a sourdough addiction. Soon to be nursing student, may try and take your vital signs. ISO roommate who is willing to taste test fermentation projects and will tolerate extensive banjo solos. Values consideration and communication in a roommate.
