Not that deep into the gated PML community, a neat little house fully furnished and already stockpiled with dishes. 3 beds and 2 baths(unfortunately one bathroom located in my room – free to use just ignore my cats), 2 extra bedrooms furnished with extra furniture to move about if needed, enough blankets/sheets to turn the entire living room into one big fort and accessible washer/dryer. If you’re a dog lover I have a big 3 1/2 year old shepherd/husky named Honey who has enough energy to power half of Groveland :) she’s the only thing that gets in the way haha. $1,000 is the rent alone. There is utilities added. All bills get split evenly, none ever get too high to not be affordable. It’s basically splitting bills for one big house together.

I’m in the market for a new one, as I cannot afford the bills on my own(unfortunately). I’m a rather easy person to get along with, a little loud and definitely awkward but my only trait to really look out for is I’m a bit of a chatterbox :’) I tend to try and keep the surrounding areas clean, though I can be a bit messy. I’m very big on open communication and a good relationship with those I live with
