About the room
On the outskirts of Miami. Spacious downstairs, living room and kitchen. Spacious room and walk-in closet with own bathroom. If it’s just me and you, rent $1500 (I pay $1900), however, if we take on another roommate, rent would be $1000 (I pay $1400). If it just me and you, you get your own bathroom, but if we take another roommate, then you would have to share one. I have a five-year-old female dog and a one year-old male cat. I’m 22, work from home. I have a whole workout gym in the garage if you’re a fitness girlie, and you are more than welcome to use it. I also ride motorcycles, which are in the garage, but there are spaces out front for your car.
About the roomies
