Spacious Queen Suite w/Private Bath Includes Utilities, Gym, Pool and Parking ——

Roomie will have the private suite on the top level of the home. It is a generous space with plenty of room to move around.

The bed has a new Sterns & Foster queen pillow top mattress ensuring a comfortable and cozy rest.

There is a small couch and chair for lounging and watching TV.

There is a 3-drawer dresser and semi-walk-in closet to accommodate longer stays for the fashionista and over packer.

There is a 42“ TV in the room with a Firestick and access to many steaming services.

Air control: The room has its own air control. You are free to keep it as cool or as warm as you like. There is a ceiling fan that does an excellent job moving air around for those who do not like AC.

Workspace: The workspace is designed for remote workers - just bring your laptop. The space comes with a 42“ desk, chair, lamp, and great Wi-Fi. You can use the network printer for short print jobs (10 pages dbl sided) at no cost. Larger print jobs will need be printed at the local UPS store or other location of choice.

Bathroom: there is a ensuite bathroom with sink, bathtub, shower and toilet. The bathroom has plenty of counter and cabinet space for all of your toiletries. There is a linen closet equipped with fluffy towels, extra soaps and paper products, and cleaning supplies should you need them when you arrive.

The home has a water filtration system, so you can fill up your water bottle from any faucet.

Cooking & food storage: You are free to cook in the kitchen. There will be a designated shelf in the refrigerator and pantry for you keep your groceries. Please help yourself to the wide array of spices too!

Common areas: You are free to eat at the dining table or kitchen island. There is a lanai (back covered porch) you are welcome to enjoy as well. There are plenty of birds and butterflies floating about the flower gardens.

Parking: Guests are welcome to park one car in the driveway (no oversized trucks). There is extra guest parking at the Amenity Center.

The home has an additional guest room should you have the occasional visitor.

We are located in a fantastic area for commuters and explorers meaning it is a short 5-10 minute drive to get to the heart of the historic area where many tourist sights, shopping and restaurants await you, and a short 20-30 minute drive to all that Jacksonville has to offer(45 minutes to JAX airport). The home is in a lovely community off the main road, quiet and safe.

The home is newly built and modern open floor plan. The owners suite is on the opposite side of the house on the lower level giving plenty of privacy and reduced noise.

Comprehensive background check required. Move-in date will be agreed after.

You will be renting a suite from a single owner (one person). I work in the nonprofit world, focusing on causes I’m passionate about like the environment and promoting local artists.

I’m naturally organized and respectful of shared spaces - skills I’ve honed working with leadership teams and managing projects. I genuinely enjoy collaboration and believe good communication makes any living situation thrive. I keep a clean and clutter-free home and take care of the things I am fortunate to own. Seeking an equally respectful roommate.

I love cooking and baking. In my free time, I explore local restaurants, art galleries, and live music venues. Recently, I’ve been learning to sail, which has been an amazing adventure. I serve on the boards of a few local NGOs, so I’m pretty involved in the community.
