Looking for two roommates for a new-build 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in American Fork! The AF Frontrunner station is down the road from this location, making it easy to get to Provo or Salt Lake. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. You are welcome to use my kitchenware, as long as you are kind to it and clean up after yourself. In-unit washer and dryer. Walk-in closets are available in both rooms. Plenty of storage space with a shared linen closet upstairs, a walk-in pantry downstairs, and an additional closet pantry. There is a cute little nook upstairs that I have yet to decide what to do with. You are welcome to decorate your own room however you want, but I do ask that you don’t change anything decor-wise about the living room or kitchen! $750 with a garage parking space, $700 without. There is street parking available nearby.

I am a high school English teacher who loves reading (of course), writing, cooking, baking (especially desserts, so I’m looking for roommates with a sweet tooth!), running, weight lifting, and travelling. I’m looking for two female roommates between 24-34 years old who would like to be friends and to share a clean space! No smoking, no pets (but my parents’ dog will be making visits).
