I am looking for clean, respectful female roommates to rent private bedrooms in my house. Would like for roommates who can move in beginning June/July. However, I am flexible on move in dates (:

Rental Details: • starting $900-$1,400/month rent (different pricing for different rooms/spaces) • $1,000 refundable security deposit required • Rent due by the first Friday of each month • Utilities + WiFi included • Private bedrooms • Private & shared bathrooms available • 3 car garage, I occupy one of the spaces, two still available. As well as parking in cul-de-sac. There is electric vehicle parking available if needed. • Shared space of kitchen, laundry, and living rooms. • Quiet, safe neighborhood. • Spacious backyard • Garage storge and storage room in basement that you are welcome to use as long as it is kept organized and clean.

My requirements: • Female only • NO PETS allowed • Clean, no shoes in the house please • Background check required • No smoking indoors, outside is perfectly fine • No kids

Expectations: • Respect each other and our privacy • Tons of kitchen space available and a pantry for all tenants to use. Please use your own pots/pans. Kitchen utensils are shared, but you are welcome to bring your own. • Couples not preferred unless renting the entire basement, with shared laundry. • Shared spaces must be cleaned after use

More about this home – It is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. If you want the basement to yourself, you can have a private bathroom, large living room space, there is 1 furnished room and 1 unfurnished room all located in the basement, you will only have to share the laundry space. Message me if interested, if not, you can have the basement and share it with one other roommate. Making your bedrooms private, but bathroom shared. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms, but I would only like to rent out 1, so you will have a private bedroom and your own private bathroom. Upstairs, 1 bedroom is furnished and the other is unfurnished. I maintain a clean, relaxing, low-clutter space, and am looking for ladies who are fun, considerate, pay on time, and enjoy living with others. I have professional carpet cleaners and cleaners to clean each space after tenants move out. There are security cameras outside for our safety and an alarm system in the house. You are able to create your own profile and will not need to share your password with me. There is a fireplace, air conditioning, and heating throughout the house. You are welcome to have friends over and use the hot tub as well just keep me informed is all I ask. No credit check required.

I have a roommate who is moving out soon. So it will just be me living in the house currently. A little about me – I am a 25-year-old female, full time student and I work full time. I enjoy listening to music, being outdoors, and spending time with friends. I am not home much, only in the mornings and late evenings after work.
