Located in Hampton Central, this is a 3BR apartment with all shared bathrooms. Big room with a closet and wall sized windows with plenty of sunlight in the daytime. Neighborhood is quiet and respectful. There are two supermarkets within a 2 minute drive, a target, town shopping center, and plenty of places to eat. 10 Minute drive to Langley AFB, and 12 minutes to Buckroe Beach.

Utilities are all included (Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity) and there is an in unit washer dryer. There is a dog that will be living here for one month but will be returned to the owner once he is able to come back from a deployment.

This is a military household so we are up early and sleep early with little to no noise. We are also respectful for each others spaces and will share things when need be. Absolutely no smoking indoors. Kitchen is fully equipped so you wouldn’t need your own things, but if you have appliances feel free to bring it and set it up.

We don’t have people over but if you would like too, that is fine. Just run it by us and be respectful.

I am a 29 year old Korean-American born in raised in NYC that is stationed in Langley AFB. My wife is attending school back at home so I frequently travel back home on weekends. I pretty much just lift and play games.

The other roommate is in the Navy and also frequently watches tv on the couch, plays games, cooks, and works out.

We highly prefer military, but as long as you are a professional and respectful, it will be okay.
