I have 2 rooms available both with the same bathroom in a 5 bedroom 4 bath house. One faces the front of the house and gets sun in the morning and the other is adjacent and gets the sun in the evening. House has a big fenced back yard and is in a HOA. Floor has been recently renovated from carpet to laminate flooring.

House is shared by 4 other people aged 18 to 21 which two are my children and the other two are their friends. Everyone is friendly and respectful. They all work random times and random days. They also like to have friends over so sometimes it can get loud and fun. There are dogs and cats in the house which are all friendly.
