Private unfurnished room available in a clean and comfortable townhouse located in the Mesa Temple District. This is a house with access to community amenities. Rent is $1,000/month with utilities and internet included. Deposit is negotiable around $500.

The room is unfurnished, but a bed frame and desk can be included if needed. The bathroom is technically shared and features a dual vanity with tub/shower combo, however it would primarily be for your use only as we have our own bathroom and ensure any guests use ours as well.

The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, private backyard, and convenient access to nearby freeways. Community amenities include a luxury spa and resort-style pool, a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center, and an on-site library available for residents to enjoy.

The area is quiet and well located, especially beautiful during the winter season with the Mesa Temple lights nearby. Dogs are welcome. We are 420 friendly. Limited guest visits preferred, and quiet hours begin after 10 PM per community and city ordinance.

We’re a married couple with a friendly Goldendoodle. We both work in property management and enjoy a laid-back but respectful home environment. In our free time we enjoy the outdoors, traveling, smoking, and playing video games.

We both speak English and Spanish and are LGBTQ+ friendly. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who values a peaceful and comfortable living space.
