The room available is unfurnished and located in a home in the Woodbridge/Dale City, VA area. The house includes Wi-Fi, laundry access, backyard space, a shared kitchen, and street parking. The location is very convenient; CVS, Giant, Safeway, gas stations, fast food restaurants, and the DC commuter lot are all within about 5 minutes. It’s also a great area for students and young professionals, with NOVA nearby and George Mason about a 30-minute drive away. The home is kept clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to study, work, and relax.

The people currently living in the home are a student and a recent college graduate. I work from home about 2–3 days a week, while my roommate is usually at work or school most of the day and typically comes home later at night. She’s very quiet, respectful, and loves cooking. The environment is friendly, respectful, and mostly quiet, with everyone keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate of each other. We’re looking for someone similar, ideally a student or young professional who is responsible, clean, and easy to live with. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves but is still open to getting to know one another. No smoking, and overnight guests are fine if communicated beforehand.
