I have a room for rent that is a private living space. It is 25’x17’, so very near to a studio. Shared entry. It has a fireplace and a kitchenette (no stove/oven, but you can always come upstairs to use the oven there) and dedicated full bathroom. Shared washer/dryer in the garage and access to a large freezer in the garage. Slider opens to a lovely back yard. I’m pretty quiet, normal hours, no big noisy parties or anything like that. Safe neighborhood.

It’s just me living upstairs at the moment. There is a chance that I might rent out a bedroom upstairs, but that hasn’t been decided yet. I am just entering semi-retirement. I’m pretty relaxed in general. I believe that communication is the key to a healthy co-living situation. I have been clean and sober for 39 years. My non-binary daughter and their gf visit often. I have 2 cats.
