Second-floor 2-bedroom apartment in Jersey City Heights. Looking for a roommate for the second bedroom. The living room is fully furnished, and I also have an extra bed and desk available if needed. The unit was recently renovated and includes central air conditioning and new appliances.

Location: • 20-30-minute bus ride to Midtown Manhattan • 15-minute walk to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail • About a 30-minute walk to downtown Hoboken (PATH Station) or Journal Square

Neighborhood: Quiet residential area one block off Central Ave. Most shopping, groceries, and daily needs are within walking distance. Riverview-Fisk Park and Pershing Field Park are nearby. NYC bus stop is one block away.

I’m a 29-year-old single male who moved to the area last year for work in NYC. I work in the office 4–5 days a week. My schedule can vary, so I’m sometimes up early or out late, and I’m occasionally away on weekends visiting friends or family. I may rarely have guests over (a few times a year). Looking for one responsible roommate.

I’m pretty easygoing and like to keep the apartment reasonably clean. I’m also mindful about noise at night. In my free time, I like going out to bars, playing darts, reading, watching TV, and occasionally cooking. I’ll sometimes have a beer or two at home, but I don’t smoke. I’m still relatively new to the area and looking to make friends locally, so that’s a plus if you are too. No pets and no smoking inside the apartment.
