The apartment is a 2 bedroom + 1 flex room with 2 bathrooms (1 shared bathroom) in FiDi in a lovely full-service building with super friendly staff, a 24/7 doorman, elevators, gym, rooftop, co-working spaces, lounge areas, and laundry in-building. There’s also a Whole Foods directly across the street, and the location has amazing subway access with the 1, 2, 3, R, W, N, Q, J, 4, and 5 trains nearby, plus easy access to Fulton Center. The new lease must be signed by May 31st and begins on July 14th, though timing can be somewhat flexible if needed.

I work in finance and stay pretty busy during the week, but I’m outgoing and love all things wellness, especially working out, yoga, and Pilates. I enjoy going out and spending time with friends on weekends and I’m always down to host a pregame, but I also appreciate a calm, comfortable home environment afterward. I like to keep shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, and I really value open communication and good energy at home. I’m hoping to find roommates who are respectful, positive, and looking to create a warm, friendly living environment. Really looking forward to finding great new roomies and hopefully building genuine friendships too 😊
