This is a one-bedroom, one-bath Furnished living space available in a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained apartment. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, covered parking, full kitchen access, linens, toiletries, keyless entry, and access to community amenities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, playground, BBQ area, computer access in the leasing office, and designated accessible parking.

Laundry: A laundry card will be provided for the guest. Guests are responsible for adding funds to the laundry card using their own credit/debit card for laundry use.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, please observe the following house rules:

• Adhere to the maximum allowed Guests.
• No loud music or disruptive noise
• Please respect neighboring tenants and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Guests are asked turn off all electrical appliances and devices when not in use, including, but not limited to, irons, ceiling fans, lights, televisions, and the central air conditioning system. Your cooperation in conserving energy and maintaining a safe living environment.

During quiet hours, noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect for the neighbors.

Smoking Policy

• No smoking / vaping permitted Pet Policy
• Pets are welcome with prior approval.
• A $500 pet deposit is required in addition to the standard security deposit, for a total deposit of $1,450.

Pet Requirements: *Cats must be litter-trained and well-behaved. *Dogs must be house-trained and not relieve themselves indoors. *Pets must not cause excessive noise, damage, or disturbances to neighbors. *All pets must comply with the apartment community’s pet policies and requirements. *Tenant is fully responsible for any pet-related damages, cleaning costs, or repairs resulting from their pet.
