About the Home:• Private bedroom• Private bathroom• Your own parking spot• Full-size kitchen• Full laundry room with plenty of storage• Shared access to all 3 floors• Basement space available for you to use however you’d like• The home comes fully furnished — you’d only need to furnish your bedroom!

Rent:$1,275/month + utilities(Utilities are typically around $100/month extra.)

Please note: rent is non-negotiable since we would be splitting the home 50/50, and both names will be on the lease for a one-year term.
