About the room

Looking for someone to take over my room for the summer(sublease). The lease will be from late May/early June to the end of August. I am asking $760/month+utilities, as that is what I am currently paying, but am open to offers.

The biggest perk is the location: it’s a 10‑minute walk to Busch Campus and only 5 minute walk to the Stadium bus stop. (The house is right by Shi stadium) Super convenient if you’ll be on Busch for classes, research, or work. Additionally, it is also a 5 minute walk to Johnson Park, and ~1 mile to the river side trail. There is also a grocery store(stop and shop) in a 10 minute drive(~4 miles).

• Single bedroom in a 3‑bedroom house • 1 shared bathroom • In‑house washer and dryer • Driveway parking available • Window AC unit included • Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, etc. (kitchen is a bit messy right now, being honest)
